IT Support Engineer
We're looking for an IT Support Engineer who keeps our clients moving without them having to think about it. You support companies between 5 and 50 people, on Mac and on Windows. You fix the problem, explain in plain language what was going on, and make sure it doesn't come back.
What you'll do
- Help users
You're the first point of contact for our clients' staff, remotely and on-site. You pick up their questions and issues and solve them yourself.
- Run Macs and Windows
Deploy, set up and manage laptops, from first unboxing to replacement. The Mac isn't an afterthought here. For many of our clients it's the standard.
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Create users, set up licences and mailboxes, manage access and keep security settings in shape.
- Network and hardware on-site
Wi-Fi, printers, switches and new workplaces at the client's office. When something gets too big, you take it on together with a colleague.
- Think along with the client
When you see a client needs something, like a replacement round or better security, you flag it and help shape the solution. No targets.
This is you
- —At least three years of experience in IT support, ideally at an IT service provider, working independently at 1st and 2nd line level.
- —You work with macOS in a business environment, not just at home. Reinstalling a Mac or fixing an issue on one doesn't scare you.
- —You know Microsoft 365 in practice: users, licences, mail and access.
- —You see what a client needs and you're not afraid to say so.
- —You talk to a managing director as easily as to an end user, and you explain tech without jargon.
- —You work in a structured way, document what you do and don't wait for instructions.
- —You speak and write Dutch and English well.
This is not you (and that's fine)
- —You want to clear tickets and skip client contact. Then this isn't the place for you.
- —You see the Mac as a toy. For our clients it's where they work.
What we offer
- €2,800 to €3,500 gross per month at 40 hours, based on experience

- Small team, no layers between you and the client
- A real lunch at the office, every day
- Ping-pong, foosball, pool and an arcade cabinet
- Weekly Friday drinks, plus outings you won't want to miss
