Yes, the report is yours. We deliberately write it without Workflo lock-in, so any IT partner can work with it. We think that's fair, and it keeps us sharp.
About a week. The scan itself takes a few hours, then we process the data and schedule the review.
No. We scan passively and don't perform any actions that strain your network. Nobody notices we're working.
No file contents, no email, no passwords. We do collect: devices, IPs, MAC addresses, services, configuration metadata. Full privacy appendix available on request.
We call immediately. Critical vulnerabilities come before the report — we don't wait a business day on an actively exploited CVE.
Up to about 200 FTE we do it as standard. Beyond that we create a customised plan.
