The ground rules
Fair and transparent.
  • →The new client must sign a Managed contract of at least 12 months
  • →Rewards are paid out after the new client has had 3 months of active service and the first invoice is paid
  • →You can only refer someone if they have not been in contact with Workflo in the past 6 months
  • →Maximum one reward per quarter per referrer
  • →Open to existing clients, former clients, partners, accountants, lawyers — anyone who'd send a good lead our way
  • →For gifts over €50 you are responsible for any tax implications (we provide a specification)

What you want to know.
What if the client only signs after six months?+
No problem, as long as we can link the lead to you. We'll add your name to the deal in HubSpot right away.
Can I refer myself through a friend?+
Nope. We check if there has been contact in the past 6 months. If in doubt, the reward doesn't go through.
Can I refer anonymously?+
No — then we can't pay out your reward. But if the new client shouldn't know you tipped us off, we'll handle it discreetly in the first conversation.
Do I pay VAT on the reward?+
On a physical gift: no. On a credit note: yes, it's processed as a regular item on your invoice.
What if the referred client cancels after 4 months?+
The reward has already been paid out. Unfortunate, but that risk is on us.
